Spatial planning

In accordance with the legislation we produce spatial planning acts that govern space and sustainable land use. This will provide quality living conditions, maintain the identifying characteristics of space, protect the environment, preserve the nature and maintain the overall cultural heritage.

Spatial planning documents are prepared in a transparent way, taking into account urban basics, the natural and created assets in the given area, while explicit and detailed spatial construction conditions allow for quick and easy obtainment of statutory authorizations for the construction and use.

We produce strategic and construction space plans, in which we coordinate the development and conservation aspects of space to achieve an as high as possible quality of the living environment:
